Darrin "Mit" Smith is a graduate student of Virginia State University. He currently resides in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, although he is originally from Philadelphia. Growing up Mit dreamed of playing professional football or owning a business and actually attempted to start many businesses in college but didn't have the proper guidance or knowledge to succeed. After coming to the realization that playing in the NFL was far out of reach Mit started to take his education a lot more serious and focused on getting a career in the field of business after graduation.
Shortly after graduating college Mit realized working a desk job was not what he wanted to do for the next 40 years. Nearly after a year of working a desk job, he formed a real estate company, and his outlook on life changed forever.
Since the start of his Real Estate business, Mit has made hundreds of thousands of dollars flipping over 80 houses across the nation as well as writing two successful eBooks "Flipping Houses on a Shoestring Budget" & "Why you can't Afford Not to own a business". At the age of 25 years old Mit has made his first six figure income and never looked back. Mit has a passion for helping others to succeed in Real Estate. Mit feels that with faith in God, hard work, persistence, and a positive attitude you can make your dreams a reality.
